There are better programs available, but they cost a lot more. Be aware that there
are also worse property management systems out there, and some of them also cost a lot more. We tried a lot
of front desk programs with our Inn and Motel before I got so fed-up that I began this
project. What we needed was an afordale (cheap) program that was functional,
accurate and easy to use. Even if you only use this program for a short time as a transitional program, you
will save hundreds compared to similar programs.
